Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
